Dr. Mark Melendez, who has offices in both Greenwich and Shelton, recently celebrated the opening of his newest practice — Fairfield Plastic Surgery — with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Fairfield First Selectman Mike Tetreau and Fairfield Chamber of Commerce President Beverly Balaz participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, along with Dr. Melendez, his wife, Dr. Renee Baranin-Melendez, and their eldest son, Mark Richard.
